Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items. We allow third-party companies to collect non-personally identifiable information when customers visit our site. Registration

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.

Order

Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. Correction/Updating/Reviewing Personal Information

Customers may change or review their stored account information such as street address or e-mail address through our website. You must have your username and password in order to access your account. In the event you forget both your username and password, please contact us for assistance.

Conditions of use

Bricks: Please allow 12-16 weeks for final installation. Your installation confirmation email will be sent upon completion with a picture of your brick and a site map describing your bricks location.

Camps: We reserve the right to combine or cancel classes that have not met the minimum enrollment. Campers will be placed in an alternative class when possible. If we cancel a class, payment will be fully refunded. No refunds will be granted on or after the first day of the camp session. All registrations subject to camp availability.

Donation: Unless otherwise stated in a separate notice, no goods or services were received in return for this gift. If your donation was of non-cash nature, it is your responsibility to estimate the value of the non-cash gift when reporting it to the IRS.

Memberships: All Memberships expire one year from the date of purchase. Your Membership helps sustain our preservation activities, educational programs, archaeological research, museum exhibits and more. Becoming a member of the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum creates a support network of people that share the love of lighthouses, maritime history and the sea.

Tickets: For their safety, children must be 44 inches tall to climb the tower and must climb under their own power. Carrying children in the tower is prohibited. During inclement weather, the observation deck and /or tower may be closed for your safety. If the weather looks threatening, please call us at 904-829-0745 to check the tower's status.

THE RESALE OF THIS TICKET FOR MORE THAN ITS FACE VALUE WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMPANY/OWNER/MANAGEMENT (TOGETHER, MANAGEMENT) IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. THE TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO ANY EVENT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET IS ISSUED AND WAIVES ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES AND/OR LICENSORS. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, FOOD, OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. ADMISSION IS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS AND FACILITY RULES AND THE TICKET HOLDER CONSENTS TO REASONABLE EXAMINATIONS AND SEARCHES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE. Cancelation & Refund Policy: We reserve the right cancel events that have not met the minimum enrollment, for inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control . If the Museum cancels, payment will be fully refunded.

Shipping policy

Shipping is determined by the by item size, weight and carrier.

Overall Return Guidelines

�        All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

�        Products that are received in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

�        Any product not purchased from the lighthouse.

�        Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

�        Any product that exhibits physical damage

�        Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way
